Fabien helped me select the right crossover bike and went out of his way to make the process as easy. The rental included a lock and a bike helmet that fit very well. The bike was in excellent condition.
If you want to save time I would recommend reserving your bike in advance, which also helps to make sure that there is a bike waiting for you.
I was not able to return the bike in person so they recommended the PedalMe service/app that picks up your bike from your hotel and rides it over to the bike shop. The service cost $25 and worked great.

The best bike tour we've done so far! We saw so much more of London than when we were on the bus or walking. Connor our guide was funny and informative and took us through so many places. A fantastic way to spend 3 hours. The sunset tour on Sunday avo was the best way to finish off our sightseeing day.
Highly recommend these guys. The bikes are in good condition the route sticks mainly to cycle tracks with only a few shared roads. Great experience. Thanks from Richard & Lynda ???

excellente expérience avec mes deux enfants de 10 et 16 ans. une très belle visite de Londres merveilleusement guidée par Becky notre très sympathique guide. cela nous a permis de découvrir Londres avec de multiples informations historiques et des anecdotes sur plusieurs lieux mythiques de la ville. un rythme de pauses adaptée, les enfants ont adoré .
Becky parle parfaitement français, est souriante et rend la visite très instructive ! merci ?
