Fabien helped me select the right crossover bike and went out of his way to make the process as easy. The rental included a lock and a bike helmet that fit very well. The bike was in excellent condition.
If you want to save time I would recommend reserving your bike in advance, which also helps to make sure that there is a bike waiting for you.
I was not able to return the bike in person so they recommended the PedalMe service/app that picks up your bike from your hotel and rides it over to the bike shop. The service cost $25 and worked great.
