I had the best time with tour guide Becky. The cycling was the best part (obviously) but there were also stops where she told us the history behind what we were seeing, so you get rest in between and learn something new. Before we started we had a fun time chatting with Connor at the shop. The bikes were traditional geared ones not E-bikes, but they were good and I never had any issues.
