We had Chris as our guide. He was a great, funny, informative, and knowledgeable. Our whole family thought it was a highlight of our trip. I would highly recommend the upgrade to an e-bike if you are concerned about being physically capable of the 3.5 hours. I was so glad I did, especially on the few hills.
