I booked online and booked the wrong date (user error on my part!). The chap at the desk was very friendly and placed us in the tour for the day we actually showed up. All the folks were very friendly. Our guide was a friendly Frenchman who spoke perfect English and knew heaps about the history, architecture, art etc. throughout London. He was a very mindful tour guide and kept our safety as high priority. Highly recommend this tour. I'm sure the other tours offered by this group are equally marvelous.
