He was patient, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. We were able to set the pace and have breaks whenever we needed, but we also covered a lot of ground in 3.5 hours and I learned a lot more than I expected. We had the best time with Jordi on our Christmas Lights tour. We’re no strangers to London having lived in and around it all our lives but having an expert guide to help us weave our way through the sights and the West End must see light displays was a joy.
We got so much from it and having him share some of his knowledge with us was immense and so interesting.
Nothing was too much trouble, questions or photo stops. The pace was never rushed. It was a very relaxed ride and it felt very personalised.
We would recommend this tour and will definitely be returning for other tours in 2022.
