KIWI was simply amazing and great help. Not only when contacting the shop online and asking for some advice, he got back to me right away but also was super nice, helpful and spot on via email and in person when I showed up at the shop. The bike itself was in good shape, and took me around England for 5 days. Would rent from there again! (Can't commend on their London guided tours)
